An Arkade Vault is a contract that holds funds and releases them only under the rules you write: who can spend, when, and to which outputs. You write it in Arkade Language, compile it with arkadec, and spend it with @arkade-os/sdk. Start with Your first contract. It builds a savings vault, funds it, and spends it.

What you can build

Each template below is a complete contract you can copy and compile.

Two shapes

A fixed-party vault names its parties when you create it, so they are fixed in its address. Fixed-party builds the escrow end to end. A tokenized vault has open membership: it issues claims as tokens, and anyone who holds them can redeem. Tokenized explains the pattern. Every vault also has an exit leaf for claiming funds onchain if the operator is unavailable. Exit shows which leaf each shape uses. Examples lists live deployments.
